Tablet recommendations

Hi,

I want to buy a tablet to use with the new Google Chromecast streamer -

The streamer will not work with a Kindle, so I'm starting my search from scratch and I really know nothing about tablets. How much memory do I need? I'm seeing 512mB RAM, generally. Is that enough?

Sorry about the size of the picture.

Any recommends on a tablet for around $100-$150 or less? Thanks.

to stream content to my Sony SMP-N100. They can be had off eBay for $150 $200. I didn't even have to set anything up. It just works. I'm even able to stream stuff from an external HD. I recommend the ST5112 model.
