Can anyone help?

On my 'comcast.net' account---now outlook---, there seems to be no option to either 'move to' or forward'. I have fished around, looked everywhere and cannot find out why I no longer have these options.
Any ideas?

This will enable a menu at the top that will let you handle all the selected messages at once.
