You need to download either SystemRescueCD or OpenDiagnostics Live CD and burn them to disc or install on a USB drive, then boot the computer using that media; detailed instructions are included with the downloads. They come with software that will scan your entire system for hacks or hijacks that could be hidden while you're running Windows.
