It's the most cluttered up, disorganized resource-hog. It's always been that way.

I've tried a couple other weather sites and always end back up at weather.com.

It depends what you are looking for. I go to both sites. Weather Underground has personal weather stations, so it's good for local. (Did it freeze in my neighborhood?) Weather Underground used to be excellent and my go-to for everything. I don't think either site is a memory hog, however Weather.com owns Weather Underground. I also go to NWS when looking for local.
