Apple tablet. No one knows the password. How does one get into it.

You might know the password for that

If yes
Then
Google
Forgot iPad password

Then call Apple care

You are now the official owner but you might need to prove that to Apple

I was given the ipad of a person who had died and a bit of searching online found a method to reset the password.

This was a while ago; from memory, I needed to create an apple account and have details sent to it.
