Help with video streaming from security cameras.

I don't know if the internet is slogged down, but my cameras's search features are slow. I went through the security boxes and figured out that something had changed my ActiveX enables. Fixed those and the search engine worked for a while. But then got sluggish again. Something is definitely slowing the program. Any suggestions?

Also, how do you get rid of bing at startup? I looked at youtube and the process is tedious. I could have sworn I did this a few years back and it wasn't that hard.
