Have you seen this pop up when you try to load a page??

Just got the morning started and I am reloading my tabs after.

THIS pops up. Thankfully, I remembered to get a screenshot this time. It has popped up from time to time in the last 6 months, I think it is supposed to be a Firefox page. ( Running Linux/Firefox, both up to date.)

This isn't hop my update notices work, they all come from Update Manager.

I grabbed the screenshot, then clicked on a blank tab, and this closed itself.

1. I don't use Firefox.

I use a Chromebook and I use it in an extremely limited way.

2. Send it to Mozilla.org

and ask them what it is. Were I you, I would scan for viruses and refresh Firefox.

3. Seems legit. Firefox does "silent" background updates now.

Check your settings to disable.
