uses SugarSync and is pretty happy with it. Syncs between his iPhone and laptop.
I use Google Drive.

We needed it for our business to replace the sharing capabilities of (Apple's) MobileMe iDisk. When they kill MobileMe in favor of iCloud, the iDisk utility won't be replicated.
We bought a year of the 3 user/100GB service. Thus far, SugarSync is light years better than the iDisk.
