Mac help

Just switched to a Mac book for the first time in years of pc use. trying to watch live stream video. no flash player. they tell me apple does not support flash player what is their live streaming program? searching through help menu but so far no luck.

I have downloaded Flash, though, since the Mac wouldn't run some educational sites' software.

On Edit: OSX is now sandboxing Flash.. http://www.macworld.com/article/2057480/flash-player-now-sandboxed-under-safari-on-mac-os-x.html

finally got it working. switching from pc to mac is a learning experience .

I had not installed program as i thought i had. silly yes, but this is really a different OS to me.
