Help!! I'm sideways!

Brand new Toshiba laptop running Win 10. Has a very sensitive keyboard, no touch screen. I'm typing away an email and my hand bushed over something and my display went sideways! There are no F keys, I tried grabbing the edge and turning it. I can't figure out how to get into Control Panel sideways. I did get to Display and it says Portrait. I clicked Landscape but nothing changed. I restarted it but it's still sideways. Any suggestions? Thank you, gracias, merci.

Edit to add I've fired up the old XP computer to find a solution.

Try pressing Ctrl + Alt + UP Arrow Key, or try Ctrl + Alt + and a different Arrow Key.

If that does not work: Right-click on empty Desktop > Graphics Options > Rotation.
