Windows 8.1 pro is asking for helpdesk password....

I don't have one but it will not allow me to download programs. I think I screwed up something it originally asked for a password for me to sign on and I used a identifying picture too. I tired to eliminate the constant signing on and now I got this. I tried google for answers but so far it zip trying to figure it out.
