Bogus warning keeps popping up-how can I get rid of it? (screenshot)

Can anyone help me find a way to get rid of this. I have run Malwarebytes, CC Cleaner, Spybot S&D. It keeps popping up intermittently. I can get rid of it using the Task Manager, but then it will pop up again. Where is this little piece of sh*t hiding? Here is a screen shot of it. (I have Windows 7, I use Chrome, HP Pavilion computer....)

I'm guessing the "Fix Now" button takes you to a website, if this isn't a legitimate application.

We can try a Google search on the name of the popup and see what happens

RogueKiller has the following features:

I ran Microsoft Safety Scanner that is supposed to dig deep to find these things, but it came up with nada.

I read about roguekiller. Apparently it is very good if you know what you are doing..... it will give you a list of possible culprits and you have to know which ones are okay and what is not.....

Maybe I'll run it and see what comes up, but I may be to scared to delete anything.....

I'll research eset too.

thanks a lot.
