Avast Users/Avast Forums/Can't login

For the last few weeks have tried to login to Avast forums. Can't not get to login in screen, nor have been able to register for new account. Have tried three different browsers all to no avail. Can't post question on their forum since login is required. Get error message "page can't be displayed" or similar message. Any suggestions appreciated. TIA

Have done all that already...Cant even get to the login page for login/register

Just spitballing here...but they were hacked in May....Think perhaps since i'm using mobile broadband isp connection they are blocking me...From "Start Page" search engine get "security error".....i'm clueless otherwise.....

Get to Completed request to id.avast.com. Then get either "can't connect to remote server" or "security error". Both registration or login from about link. Will not take me to actual login screen.

have you cleared the browser history too? The security error might be related to the url, perhaps the browser is putting something in there that is stored in history.

Tried multiple refreshes negative results.

Have tried another computer, still connection timed out. Can never get to the point to enter user email/pw.

To me it is the isp......the only common denominator that i can think off....

Is your AV/ security software/ firewall/ windoze updates etc. operational? Many of today's malware will disable security software and blacklist access to security related websites.

Just throwin' stuff at the wall to see if it sticks...

ETA: I can log in no problem...
