Anyone understand the best way to set up email as a site owner (w/lots of members)?
I know there are risks when a domain seems to generate a lot of emails, but I really can't wrap my brain around the best way to set things up.
And I just stumbled up this DMARC thing which has me even more confused, if possible.
For newsletters, I'm going to use MailChimp, so that is covered.
But my site generates a lot of notifications for members, if they choose to receive email notification, and I'm not sure the best way to set this up.
I've been using a gmail email address rather than one of my domain email addresses, but I'm suddenly seeing notices attached to those warning that the emails may be phishing.
THAT's not good.
The only bit of advice I got from my host is "make sure that your email is set up correctly on the server before sending the mass mail. this means reverse DNS and SPF records especially."
Wow, I have no idea what that even means...lol.
If social networking tools such as the option to share articles by email from one's site, along with the member notification emails as I mentioned, does anyone know the best way to set this up to comply with the myriad rules surrounding emails?
Thanks much.

I ended up creating a Google admin account to handle my domain-related mail. I found that quite complicated and it took a solid week but it's in order now.
Thanks so much for the offer.
