Will AL anti abortion law help or hurt US Senator Jones-D in his 2020 re-election?

The AL anti abortion law is too extreme even for Pat Robertson. It would force Roy Moore's victims that get pregnant to give birth to Roy Moore's children. How do AL Independent voters feel about this law?
