Does the McDaniel-R voters show up to the polls or mail their ballots for Hyde Smith-R? or Do they stay home and not vote in the November 27 Runnoff Election?
If Espy-D finishes in 3rd place, Does his voters vote for Hyde Smith-R the lesser of two evil or Do they vote for McDaniel in the November 27 Runnoff Election making the seat a potential Democratic Pick up in 2020 when that seat is up again for a full six year term?
