Does Mark Sanford's primary defeat last night mean Lindsey Graham will face primary defeat in 2020?

Sanford lost in the Republican primary because he wasn't supportive of the Trump Administration. Graham is a critic of the Trump Administration making him vulnerable in 2020. SC Democrats need to target the SC US Senate seat in 2020.

Can we put the border wall up around SC and AL? Seriously, let them go next time they want to secede.
