They thought there'd be one more, either just before or after the European elections next year, which would be more likely to include people at cabinet level.

This is mostly people below Cabinet level, so I don't know too much about many of them. Bit worrying about the Financial Secretary to the Treasury position, however. Chloe Smith may have been seriously incompetent, but Sajid Javid is a raving right-wing lunatic, especially on economic issues.
