Scott Walker like the Governor on Walking Dead

They both are very sneaky and underhanded and worried only about themselves. But now the Governor on WD is a Walker. LOL

I do not think that the Governor is now a walker in that Lilly (the mother of the child the Governor swore to protect) shot him in the head at the end of the episode
