@DavidShuster Under DOJ guidelines, Gov Walker would have a clearance letter if he's not an investigation "target." He has no letter. #WIrecall #TAN

Providing that letter could influence the election.
I agree whole-heartedly that if such a clearance letter were in the hands of Scott Walker, we'd be hearing about it.
All this means to me is Scott doesn't have such a letter at this time.
