@SenChrisLarson Wisconsin ended 2023 with a record number of people working-Yet Min wage is $7.25/hr

Until we get the new maps and hopefully get rid of a few Repugs in the WI legislature, the rate will not raise.

Wisconsin ended 2023 with a record number of people working - over 3 million. And yet, as dozens of states and cities across the nation raise their minimum wages this year, ours continues to be the federal minimum of $7.25.

Nobody can afford to live on that - it's shameful
