7. The roots of this lay in the 2010 midterm debacle when too many on the Left didn't vote,

and in 1 election the entire state flipped from total Democratic control to total Republican control which haunts us to this day. That's also the election where Ron Johnson beat Russ Feingold for the Senate seat for the first time.
