he ran against Russ and was basically a weak candidate.

Which is why I find it surprising he is now seeking office. Despite his effort eighteen years ago, he is much wealthier now and is in a position to buy himself an election.

Our media rarely covers politics anymore, let alone the lies and BS that come out of campaigns. The winner is usually the candidate with the most ads/paid visibility.
