Kavanaugh missed his last scheduled court date because he was being hospitalized for an illness.
Kavanaugh was the former Milwaukee County official appointed by Governor Walker while he was county executive. Kavanaugh is accused of taking $42,000 from Operation Freedom, and faces multiple theft and fraud charges.

I'm still hoping for more evidence indicating Walker hired Kelly Rindfleisch for the felonious purpose of campaigning for Walker via the office of the county executive.

Kavanaugh's plea bargain (should he choose to not protect Walker) could do a great deal of damage to Walker. His testimony that Walker knew what was going on from the start could put Walker away for a looong time. I wonder why he would choose to protect Walker since Walker wouldn't protect him. The investigation has waited patiently for Kavanaugh to get better enough to testify.
