Walker signs another nothing bill...

All the times I've nearly been run over by some yoyo on their cell phone, it was an *ADULT* behind the wheel.

And these fines are pfffft. Nothing.

MILWAUKEE — Gov. Scott Walker has signed a bill that bans young drivers from using cellphones.

The measure bans anyone driving a motor vehicle under an instruction permit or a probationary license from using a cellphone or other wireless device.

First-time violators face a fine of $20 to $40. Repeat offenders face fines ranging from $50 to $100.
