Abortion advocates slam Gov. Scott Walker in primary states with new ad

By Andrew Hahn of the Journal Sentinel
June 18, 2015

Madison -- Opponents of Wisconsin’s proposed ban on abortions after 20 weeks from fertilization are attacking Gov. Scott Walker for his support of the legislation in an ad campaign targeting GOP leaders in early primary states.
NARAL Pro-Choice America released the 30-second spot Thursday and plans to run it in Iowa and New Hampshire, two states that have seen several visits from Walker as he prepares to announce his candidacy for president.

The ad features a collection of clips of Walker’s statements on Wisconsin abortion legislation in recent years, including his pledge of support for a bill currently before the state Legislature that would ban abortions after 20 weeks from conception without exemptions for rape or incest.
