Walker Marks Third Anniversary of "Drop the Bomb" With Strange Technopop Video

He used the phrase dropped the bomb, because he had not campaigned on the issue (in fact, had promised the opposite: to work with unions) and then made killing unions his first major legislative priority after getting into office.
