I also read every damn thing I could find. And I think the Stranger, in this one situation, is full of shit and using the usual tactic of going for emotion rather than talking it through. Appeal to my brain, not my gut. I don't like the idea that I may be pulled over for a traffic violation and be forced to add my fingerprints to some database. Not what this is about? Maybe, maybe not.

I can't get a straight answer. And if I'm asked to go with my gut, my gut says no.
