Contact their offices, and urge other Washington voters to do the same!

If you want change tell your delegate to the convention to propose a rules change. In fact if you had thought ahead you could have introduced a resolution at the caucus level to change the super delegate rules.
Now that I think of it I'm surprised no one has mentioned this before.
If enough delegates at the local, state, and national conventions propose rules changes and vote on them, super delegates could be made to work anyway they'd want them to.
