Is the below petition to ask WA super-delegates to vote Sanders legitimate?

If so I recommend you sign it. The super-delegate system isn't intended for the Establishment to have an advantage but to keep crackpots from stealing the nomination. Super-delegates should vote based on the primary results.

Although if you are strapped for time, it's much more important to do voter contact at this point.
