Slog tipper underbunny sends along a link to an online petition to "Peacefully grant the State of Washington to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government." I'm surprised it took this long.

The petition has not yet reached 2,000 signatures, and it features signatures by such prominent Washingtonians as Cody T of Columbus, OH; Christopher B of Hiram, GA; Michael P of San Antonio, TX; Ryan M of Antioch, TN; Alexis C of Satsuma, AL; and Mark S of Colorado Springs, CO. Thanks for speaking up for us, guys.
