I'm not from here, have only visited a few times while trucking...
but I do keep up with the tech industry and part of the machinations of state-level government by subscribing to GeekWire out of Seattle. Here is something that should be paid better attention to.

A businessman looking out for his partners and doing the right thing. What a concept. Washington state has some of the means to lead the way on this. North Carolina will eventually adopt if it works here.
