5. No Bolling kept himself clean. The VA GOP (with McDonnell's help) screwed him over and annointed

wing nut, AG Ken Cuccinelli as the nominee. Bolling refused to endorse Cuccinelli and I doubt he would pardon them.

8. Resign three months before the election, I doubt it.

No one is really paying attention to this so he can bull his way thru but if he resigns, BOOM, major story for the rest of the year. Would be great for Democrats and everyone in the state but won't happen.
