American Assoc. of University Professors Issues Their Report on the Coup Against UVa President

The better stuff is on pages 11 to 13. They conducted many interviews, but still couldn't determine the Board's real motivation for trying to remove the UVa President.

Bland headline, but who am I to criticize?

After “vainly striving for some explanation for the Board’s action and the process it had followed,” the report says, the Board’s ouster of Sullivan, “appears to be nothing more than a crude exercise of naked power.”
