Customers can ride GRTC Local City of Richmond Routes and City CARE van trips FREE on Election Day, Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
No fares will be collected on City of Richmond Local Routes. CARE customers going to/from City polling stations must note this when making their reservations in advance to get their free CARE trips.
