after deliberating for only 35 minutes, the jury found alex ramos guilty of felony malicious wounding of deandre harris.
now they’ll deliberate on their sentencing recommendation. the minimum sentence is 5 years, but they could recommend as much as 20 years.

4. Jacob Goodwin was convicted on Tuesday

The jury recommended a sentence of 10 years, with the option of suspending some of the time, and a $20,000 fine. The presiding judge, Richard E. Moore, will set the sentence on Aug. 23. When the court clerk read the jury’s recommendation, Goodwin’s mother let out a loud gasp.

trying to collect photos of this Ramos SOB and poor Deandre and then there was Giuliani yapping and then Cohen getting tapped and...yeah, I got lost...

But this is REMARKABLY GOOD NEWS, and it took that jury THIRTY FIVE MINUTES to convict!!!?!! WOW!!

Charlottesville, Virginia – Michael Alex Ramos of Georgia who happens to be of Puerto Rican descent was identified as one of the attackers who assaulted an Afro-American man in Charlottesville during a protest of anti-White supremacists at the ‘Unite The Right’ rally near Emancipation Park. Ramos who has participated in alt-right activities along with members of the neo-Nazis, White supremacist group and the KKK attacked and beat Deandre Harris at a parking structure. The Harris assault by White supremacists and Ramos was captured by a news crew. Ramos was wearing a wearing a Trump red cap that says “Make America Great Again” and a white sleeveless t-shirt and jeans.

Ramos is associated with the Atlanta Proud Boys/FOAK and the III% Georgia Security Force, which are White supremacist groups.

Ramos is the first Latino to be identified as a White supremacist sympathizer who bragged on Facebook (FB) about assaulting and stomping on Harris and that he was glad to do it. Ramos will most likely be facing felony charges in Harris assault.

Ramos deactivated his FB account once he learned that a warrant could be issued for his arrest in connection with Harris assault. Ramos in his FB account actually confessed to assaulting Harris.

he asked them to lay all the photos of deandre’s injuries out on the table. how do those images make them feel? then “put mr. ramos’ facebook post next to those pictures.” look at deandre lying on the ground being attacked next to the image of his attacker’s laughter.

They are working on a suggested sentence. It could be they have a question for the judge or they could be done already.

I saw the video and his injuries were terrible, then I read that he may have some permanent health problems as a result, but I can't see any update on his condition. Anyone know how he is?
