RICHMOND TIMES-DISPATCH
RICHMOND -- Richmond police are seeking three juveniles who police say provoked their dogs to kill a family's cat.
The boys were seen entering a yard that was not theirs in the 2100 block of Selden Street about 7 p.m. Sunday and "intentionally provoking their dogs" to attack the cat, police said in a news release.
Police said they are asking for the public's help in identifying the juveniles. The youths could face charges including animal cruelty, police said in a news release.
Anyone with information can call Lt. Jody Blackwell at (804) 646-3387 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word ITip followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.

cruel to animals should have done to them what they did to the animal they abused. They should have ferocious pit bulls sicced on them.
