In Spite of Rain, Vt. Open to Tourism

You know it's been a rainy summer in Vermont if the governor holds a news conference to announce the sun is out.

No rain, then tons of rain - and serious flooding in places, then no rain. Frustrating for many farmers and frustrating for backyard gardeners. So it's not really a surprise to see a weather's fine press conference. And it is Vermont, after all.
