The Texas SOS has 34% of counties reporting, but only 3% of precincts are counted.

Sanders - 27%
Biden - 24.03%
Bloomberg - 19..8%

Biden has been closing the gap as more results are received. Sanders has a lead of about 5,000 votes.

before sc for the most part. Same day reports are altering the totals quickly.

With 21% of the precincts reporting:

Sanders - 27.87%
Biden - 24.77%
Bloomberg - 19.51%

We're probably beginning to see the first results trickle in from the voting today. Sanders has about a 16,000 vote lead.
