EPIC exec says company will begin crude exports through South Texas by end of 2019

EPIC Midstream Holdings LP's new president said the company plans to start exporting crude from its terminal in Corpus Christi by the end of 2019.

Brian Freed unveiled the timetable in an interview with Reuters on Monday, the same he was appointed president of the San Antonio-based company.

"EPIC has a bright future, and I look forward to helping the company meet its goal of addressing surging crude oil and natural gas liquids takeaway needs from the Permian and Eagle Ford Basins," Freed said in a statement.

The EPIC Crude Oil Pipeline will extend from Orla — midway between Odessa and El Paso — to the Port of Corpus Christi. The project includes a series of terminals in Orla, Pecos, Midland and other communities, and will service the Delaware, Midland and Eagle Ford basins.

Let's let private companies (many of them foreign) just frack the shit out of our land, poison our air and water, and sell our fucking oil to the highest bidder, as fast as they can possibly pump it out!

So we've cranked up oil production by like 50% since like 8 years ago ... funny ... gas prices aren't actually lower, are they? And yeah, for the very short-term immediate future, the US COULD be independent. But we're not. And selling it to foreign countries ain't helping.

What did we try to tell you stupid wingnuts when you were CRYING about how if the US would get rid of 'regulations' we could have cheap gas, AND energy independence?

We told you ... BULLSHIT, because the fossil fuel industry is PRIVATE and they have ZERO REASON to accomplish either of your two imaginary 'outcomes'.
