Lawsuit: Brennan's of Houston waiter alleges drunk supervisor 'grabbed genitals', sues restaurant
Brennan's of Houston, a fine dining restaurant located in Midtown, is facing a civil lawsuit from a former employee, according to court documents.
A man, named as "John Doe" in the lawsuit, alleges that a former supervisor grabbed his genitals while he worked as a waiter at the establishment.
He claims the supposed invasion of space caused him mental anguish. In addition, the plaintiff is suing for legal expenses related to the lawsuit.
The suit was filed through The Buzbee Law Firm on July 29 in Harris County District Court. The plaintiff is seeking up to $100,000 in damages.
