Motion to pay Reagor-Dykes TT&L problems passed to later April

A resolution for ongoing tax, title and licensing problems for Reagor-Dykes Auto Group customers is still stuck in Lubbock federal bankruptcy court.

The agreement proposed last month would allow the Lubbock County Tax Assessor’s office to handle all vehicle registration and title transfers and waive the payment of unpaid sales-tax amounts due as a pre-condition for Texas consumers. Eleven entities have objected to the motion. Objecting creditors are mainly concerned with language and the proposed process, not the principle of the motion.
