(76 posts)The "moderators" are definitely drinking the tea party koolaid. The best part is when Sadler let's cruz have it and inadvertently calls him a Troll !!!!! Priceless.

(220 posts)Hi,
The company that owns WFAA & the Dallas Morning News has long been on the Republican side. They may try to look impartial, but they have a long history of supporting the Right wing Republicans.

(4,695 posts)I noticed the moderators were asking several times for Cruz to say again that he stands for the removal of the ACA laws already in place. Apparently, that is going to be the main topic of this first debate between President Obama and Romney. It was clear to see that Cruz was on the side of the insurance/banking industry instead of the need of, We the People.
And it was clear that Cruz has no understanding of border relationships, cultural and economic. Cruz's agenda is the PAC 1% policies.

about the fact that the two Texas senators voted against the Veteran's Job Bill that was already paid for, was not broadcast along with the story of the last soldier of the 2009 Surge, returning home from Afghanistan. There has been NO RESPONSE.
There needs to be an unbiased Texas senatorial debate. Mr. Sadler ask for it to be in Houston.

(7,575 posts)Sadler looks good, so far. Cruz: extremely slimy, no matter what he says. Not answering Sadler's questions, filibustering. The sound cutting out - but Sadler is making sense. They're making him stick to answers, letting Cruz wander. This is the first time I've seen Cruz. Yuck to his personality.
I'm contributing to Sadler today. I can't believe he has raised less than a million dollars. He is a very smart man, experienced in legislation.

BTW, The Dallas Morning News has endorsed Sadler.
