Frisco man accused of stealing millions from employer and others is back behind bars this time in Austin
A Frisco man accused of stealing millions of dollars from his former employer and others is back in custody after weeks of evading arrest.
John Wright Martin, 33, is being held in the Travis County jail on multiple warrants accusing him of theft and forgery. He's also wanted for violating probation on a felony drunken-driving conviction from Collin County. He hasn't performed any of his court-ordered community service and has missed multiple monthly check-ins with his supervision officer, records show.
Martin was scheduled to appear at a McKinney court hearing in late August on the theft charges, but when he failed to show up, a district judge ordered his bond revoked and issued warrants for his arrest.
Martin was booked into jail on Nov. 7. Details about how he was taken into custody weren't immediately available.
