Si Se Puede con Beto! - Dolores Huerta

Just got this email with that subject and had to share

As the co-founder of the United Farm Workers Union and President of the Dolores Huerta Foundation, I have been fighting for women's rights, workers' rights and civil rights for more than 60 years!

It's critical that we elect a leader to the U.S. Senate: Beto O'Rourke of Texas.

We need leaders who put workers and the community first, who will work across the aisle to improve our lives, who will listen to voters to get the job done. Beto will fight for affordable healthcare, for a living wage, and for American families. He will fight for policies that strengthen and unite families -- not tear them apart.

But we have to help Beto win by getting out the vote. This weekend is the last weekend before Early Voting begins in Texas. I'm asking you to make a plan to talk to voters -- do the hard work on the ground so we can win:

Volunteer at a pop-up office »

Join a block walk »

If you can also contribute $15, it will go directly towards funding our work on the ground.

I know Beto will be a powerful voice in the U.S. Senate. But it will take all of us to help push him over the top.

Sí se puede!

Dolores Huerta

This is the second time today where I have heard one of our Dems say this...

We need leaders who who will work across the aisle to improve our lives. I hope that they all remember just how well the Pukes have worked with them.
