Man urinated on squad car, punched Dallas officer in downtown restaurant, police say

A 27-year-old man was arrested after reportedly urinating on a Dallas police squad car and punching an officer in the face in a downtown restaurant.

The officers were in Zenna Restaurant in the 300 block of North Akard Street about 2 p.m. when they were flagged down by a person who told them a man was urinating on the squad car.

When the officers looked outside, they saw the driver's side window of the car had been shattered, police said.

When they confronted the man, he punched one of the officers in the face causing a minor injury, police said.
