Insurance giant AIG eyes Dallas area for office but Atlanta is favored for deal
A potential big office move to North Texas has real estate brokers chattering.
There's even a code name: Project Red Zone.
But the office deal by international insurance giant AIG is more likely to wind up in Atlanta than Big D, property agents in the know say.
AIG - which has offices in both Atlanta and Dallas - is evaluating where to consolidate its workforce, real estate agents tracking the deal say.
