President and chancellor Ken Starr - not football coach Art Briles - will be Baylor's fall guy, sources tell HornsDigest.com.

Multiple sources connected to Baylor told HornsDigest.com on Thursday said football coach Art Briles has a better chance of surviving a blind eye to alleged sexual assaults committed by Bears' football players than school president and chancellor Ken Starr.

The sources said Starr will probably be reassigned to a position in BU's law school as a result of the failed leadership displayed after multiple rape claims made by female Baylor students against BU football players all but went ignored.

I was so ashamed when Baylor chose Ken Starr as President. I have repeatedly sent their fundraising materials back to them on their postage with a note that I would never support Baylor financially as long as Ken Starr was President. Of course this doesn't mean I will start donating now. That depends on the direction they take from here.

Such a despicable excuse for a human. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if he is responsible for this horrible situation.
