Texas State University is 3rd kinkiest college in U.S., dating app says

SAN MARCOS -- Texas State University ranked No. 3 on the list of the kinkiest schools in the country, according to a study done by a mobile dating app.

The app, Clover, analyzed its data to discover a few interesting tidbits and trends happening on various college and university campuses across the country.

The Texas school, located in San Marcos, is the only university in the Lone Star State to land on the kinky list. The University of Georgia and Penn State University were among the others.

The study determined how kinky or reserved a person was based on their answers to “20 Questions,” which are designed to present people with more compatible matches, a Clover spokeswoman said in a statement.

"Texas State University" is a stupid generic name. There's no reason to distinguish it with such a generic name. There are several other former teacher's colleges in the state system that have all been upgraded to a "university", such as Sam Houston State, but why they genericized that one, I don't know.

I guess there's not much to do in San Marcos. It's on I-35 between Austin and San Antonio.

Historical Fun Fact: Lyndon B. Johnson got his teaching degree there. It's also where he stole his first election, and managed to get elected Student Body President by devious means. He was just warming up.
