Update: Attorney of law student says Mr. Conservative's petition aimed at shaming client

Dr. Donald R. May, aka Mr. Conservative, alleged sexual harrasser.

LUBBOCK -- An attorney representing a Texas Tech law student said a local politician of using the court system to publicly shame his client.

Kevin Glasheen, who described the situation as evolving, said his client has not planned any action until after a June 26 hearing on a petition filed by Dr. Donald May in the 99th District Court.

“We’ll show up at the hearing and deal with it then,” he said.

The Avalanche-Journal does not name people who have been or purported to be victims of sexual assault.
